2. Information we collect

When you play on our servers

Platform identifiers — your Steam ID (or equivalent game account ID) and in-game display name.
IP address — necessarily received in order to connect you to a server.
Connection and gameplay logs — join/leave times, session duration, and actions recorded by the game server or its plugins.
Chat messages and reports — retained for moderation and dispute resolution.
Enforcement records — warnings, mutes, kicks and bans, including the reason.

When you buy VIP

Payments are processed by [[PAYMENT PROCESSOR]]. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or banking details. We receive only what is needed to deliver your purchase — typically an order reference, the email address used, the amount, and the game account ID the VIP is to be applied to.

When you use our Discord

Your Discord user ID and username, plus any messages you send in our server. Discord's own privacy policy also applies.

When you visit this website

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent) for security and troubleshooting. Note that this site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

3. Why we use your information

To operate the servers and let you connect and play.
To moderate — investigating cheating, exploiting, harassment and rule-breaking, and enforcing bans.
To deliver and manage VIP entitlements you have purchased.
To provide support and resolve disputes, including refund and chargeback requests.
To protect the security and integrity of our infrastructure.
To comply with legal obligations.

Our lawful bases are performance of a contract (delivering the service and your purchase), our legitimate interests (security, moderation, preventing fraud), your consent where required, and compliance with law.

4. Who we share it with

Payment processor — to take payment and handle refunds and disputes.
Hosting provider — our servers are hosted with OVHcloud (Mumbai, India).
Game platforms — connecting to a server necessarily exchanges data with the game publisher's services (e.g. Steam).
Discord — if you use our community server.
Anti-cheat and ban-sharing services, where used, to detect cheating.
Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Connection and chat logs are kept for up to [[LOG RETENTION, e.g. 90 days]]. Enforcement records (bans) may be kept indefinitely so that bans remain effective. Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting law.

6. Your rights

Note: we may refuse a deletion request where keeping the data is necessary to enforce a ban, prevent fraud, or meet a legal obligation.
